B2B Marketing Specialist

This role involves crafting and implementing marketing strategies aimed at fostering growth and enhancing engagement within our OE and Industrial market segment supporting a variety of industries. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of B2B marketing tactics, exceptional communication skills, and a creative mindset to engage our target audience across various channels, including social media platforms. Additionally, the ability to manage third-party resources, such as freelance or digital marketing agencies, will be an integral as well.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategize, execute, and refine integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including social media, email, and events, to generate leads and nurture prospects
- Lead creation of content for B2B audience including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations, and exhibit thought leadership to drive engagement
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to lead development of sales enablement materials and other collateral that can also be tailored for social media distribution
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges within the B2B landscape, and implement findings into strategies and tactics
- Other duties as assigned
- Travel as needed (~15%)
Qualifications, Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with at least 4 years of related marketing experience
- Proven track record in B2B marketing, with strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Creative thinker with a knack for developing innovative marketing campaigns and optimizing results
- Ability to utilize and manage third-party resources
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in one or more of the industries QA1 serves (OE/Industrial website) is a plus
