CASE STUDY
ELECTRIC VEHICLE UTILITY SYSTEM
CHALLENGE
Design a suspension system capable of carrying heavy payloads in off-road environments without sacrificing stability, traction, and comfort.
SOLUTION
We worked with OEM engineers to develop a complete front suspension assembly including custom-valved shocks. Optimal valving and ride characteristics were determined by providing springs and adjustable shocks during field testing. Once the desired suspension characteristics were achieved, manufacturing of the shocks, springs and suspension assemblies got started. All work from design to production was completed at our Lakeville, Minnesota facility, minimizing vendor communication and coordination for our customer.
