PERFORMANCE RIDE & HANDLING
QA1 MOD shocks are engineered for the demands of high-performance pro-touring and track cars that require higher force curves, with four-way adjustability featuring 24 clicks of high speed compression and rebound, as well as full low-speed adjustability. Interchangeable modular valve packs enable rapid suspension adjustments, ensuring optimal performance for any driving condition.
GENEROUS WHEEL & TIRE CLEARANCE
By maintaining the spring's original position on the lower control arm, QA1 spring sliders preserve the vehicle's inherent suspension geometry. This configuration allows for higher spring rates without compromising strut tower integrity. Additionally, it provides ample clearance for wider tires and increased negative camber, optimizing tire contact patch for improved cornering grip. The spring sliders offer easy ride height adjustment without compromising stability, while the carefully selected spring rates balance performance and comfort.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION SWAPS MADE SIMPLE
With the QA1 tubular k-member, you can select from several interchangeable engine mounts to swap over to a different engine package, so you can grow as you go. Plus, you’ll shed some noticeable weight—more than 30 pounds—over the factory steel k-member.
DIAL IN THE PERFECT STANCE
With coilover shocks and QA1 spring sliders, you can lower your ride height up to 2 inches for a better stance and achieve a more desirable center of gravity for cornering; an adjustable Panhard Bar corrects axle placement in the chassis, which is especially beneficial on lowered cars and/or those with wider than stock tires.
STIFFEN YOUR CHASSIS
The 3rd gen F-body is notorious for having a weak, flexible steering box area. To address this issue, installing a QA1 Wonder Bar significantly stiffens the front frame, reducing stress on this vulnerable point. This translates to improved steering response, resulting in sharper handling, enhanced cornering, and overall better vehicle performance.
In addition, the included QA1 subframe connectors dramatically increase the F-body's unibody frame rigidity. Together, these components prevent chassis flex and twist during aggressive driving maneuvers such as cornering, acceleration, and braking. This ensures that your steering inputs are accurately translated into vehicle response, eliminating the frustrating loss of control often associated with chassis flex. Also includes strut tower bracers further stiffening the chassis.
